Presented by Connection is the Cure and Victory Recovery

Connection is The Cure and Victory Recovery are hosting a free event at the Mesa Arts Center on July 14, 2022. The doors will open at 5:30pm and the show will start at 6:30pm.

The event will focus on mental health, addiction recovery and suicide awareness. We know that most people have been directly or indirectly affected by one of these three. We are driven to support our loved ones and community members who are silently struggling by connecting people to people and people to resources.

There will be two components of the July 14th event. The first will be local resource booths that will introduce attendees to important information that could be used to prevent or assist in a crisis. As well as helping community members learn how to better support each other.

The second will be the on stage event which includes different locally-based speakers, that will share, teach and encourage connectedness within the community as they tell their stories of resilience. Followed by a concert with Ben Fuller. He also has an amazing story of recovery and a passionate mission.

We hope that this event will normalize and encourage ongoing conversations about mental health, addiction recovery and suicide awareness.
Equip people with tools and strategies. Introduce and connect people with resources. Encourage others to share their stories of recovery.
