Mesa Arts Center becomes Service Enterprise Certified

November 17, 2020

We are proud to announce that Mesa Arts Center is now Service Enterprise Certified! As a certified service enterprise, we are better equipped to align passion and skills with meaningful volunteer positions. Mesa Arts Center joins the top 11 percent of organizations in volunteer management and performance.

Service Enterprise Initiative is a national initiative led by Points of Light, designed to signify an organization’s commitment to and proficiency in appropriately leveraging the time and skills of volunteers to meet the social mission of the organization.

Mesa Arts Center’s mission is to “invite all people to create and discover entertaining, challenging, and diverse art and arts experiences within joyous, dynamic, and welcoming environments.” Volunteers help us achieve this mission through the delivery of programs that enable people to have arts experiences, including acting as ushers for our theaters, assisting in our art studios, acting as docents and giving tours in our museum, assisting with community events and so much more. Our amazing volunteers ensure happy, helpful and welcoming environment for patrons of Mesa Arts Center.

We can’t say THANK YOU enough to the our volunteers. You truly make MAC a better place. We couldn’t do it without YOU!
