The mission of the Mesa Arts Center Foundation (MACF) is to engage with Mesa Arts Center (MAC) to support the arts through community advocacy, philanthropy and service. In support of the Mesa Arts Center, the Board (a) advocates for the MAC and the arts through personal contacts, public speaking, letters and calls to newspapers and public officials and agencies and other means, (b) ensures that the City of Mesa provides adequate financial support for maintaining the MAC as a robust venue for the performing arts, (c) raises funds for the MAC’s children and adult education programs and (d) provides any special assistance as deemed necessary.
The mission of Mesa Arts Center is to inspire people through engaging arts experiences that are diverse, accessible, and relevant, and that enhance the quality of life and vitality of the greater region. The non-profit MACF organization is the fundraising arm for Mesa Arts Center.
In partnership with Mesa Arts Center, the MACF (1) presents an annual fundraising event, (2) develops an Annual Giving Campaign and Membership Drive, (3) helps identify sponsors and grant opportunities and (4) hosts various Members Circle and Donor events.

Are you interested in having your educational or arts organization perform on one of the beautiful world-class stages at the Mesa Arts Center? Would you enjoy a day or night in the spotlight? If so, then consider applying for a Mesa Arts Center Foundation (MACF) grant awarded via their popular ACES Program.
Up to six ACES grant winners are chosen each year to present a theater, dance, music or other types of creative performance on one of the MAC’s stages. Theater seating can accommodate from 100 to 1,500 attendees, depending upon your needs.
And the best part? An ACES grant allows presenters to (1) have the facilities rental fee waived and (2) receive up to $1,000 in financial support to offset some of the related production costs.
ACES grant applications accepted on a rolling basis.
There are still openings available and application for performance opportunities is strongly encouraged.
