Arts in Service Events

Throughout the year, Arts in Service may host different events for participants, families, and the public! Check this page regularly to stay up to date.

Every May, the Mesa Arts Center hosts an exhibition for one night only to showcase the artwork made by students over the past year that have participated in Arts in Service classes! The exhibition is held after classes have concluded and includes artwork from all disciplines. Light refreshments are available and program sponsors are invited, along with Mayor and Council, to attend and celebrate the extraordinary accomplishments of the past year!

Free and open to the public - we encourage all Arts in Service participants to attend and submit artwork, but it is not a requirement of the program. Additionally, friends and family are welcome to attend.

More info on the 2023 Exhibition coming soon!

We Serve Too! is an extension of Mesa Arts Center’s popular Arts in Service program offering arts events and programming specifically designed for the unique population of military families and partners of veterans and military people. We acknowledge the tremendous support and sacrifice military families make each day and strive to create an arts programming environment that promotes creativity while building artistic capacities within a supportive military-connected community.
