Bellyrobics is an aerobics class using belly dance moves. Each song will target a different body area to work on. The first song is a warm up and stretch to get the body and muscles ready to work out and have some fun. Each song will concentrate on a different body area, such as arms, hips, upper body, legs, etc. Belly Dance technique, a shimmy drill along with a few songs that are designed to get the heart rate up. The last song is a cool down and stretch. A knowledge of Belly Dancing is helpful.
