DIGITAL TICKETS
Mobile delivery offers the greatest convenience for your visit. No printing required—all your tickets will be stored in one convenient place and available right on your mobile device. There’s no app to download—all you need is a mobile device with a web browser.
If you selected E-Tickets/Print at Home or Digital Ticket Delivery, you’ll be able to access your Digital Tickets. Please note that Mail, Will Call, and VIP tickets will not be available as digital tickets.
ACCESSING YOUR DIGITAL TICKETS
Mesa Arts Center Digital Tickets work on any Mobile Phone with a web browser. Below are instructions on how to acces your DIGITAL TICKET ACCOUNT.

Tips for a smooth experience:
🎟️Ensure your mobile device is fully charged before arriving.
🎟️If you're attending with others, you can share your tickets with them ahead of time.
To find your tickets, please be sure to check the following:
- Log in to your account on boxoffice.mesaartscenter.com and click on "My Account" on the upper-right-hand corner of the page. Your tickets for upcoming events will be on this page.
- Make sure your account has the correct email address
- Check your spam folder on your email, it's possible the tickets ended up there instead of your regular inbox
- Make sure your email allows you to receive attachments.
- Add our email address: boxoffice@mesaartscenter.com to your list of trusted emails
Not to worry! If you're having issues accessing your digital tickets, we'd be happy to help you out. When you arrive to your show, we will have Box Office staff available to assist you at the Will Call Window. Come to us with a Picture ID like a Driver's License or State ID, and we can help you find your ticket.

No problem! Your ticket's QR Code may not appear until 72 hours before the event.
