Mesa Arts Center

Lifelong Learning for Older Adults

Opportunities for 55+

Mesa Arts Center's Creative Aging program provides free experiences and engagements for adults ages 55 and over. As part of the national Creative Aging movement, these programs seek to uplift individual creative expression for older adults through professionally led arts engagements with a focus on community and art-making. Led by professional teaching artists, participants draw on their life stories, explored through movement, story, dance, and engagement in art making as a tool in expression. Our goal is to engage older adults physically and mentally in creative activities that enhance self-esteem, morale, and overall health.

Mesa Arts Center has provided various Creative Aging programs since 2012. Learn more by viewing the classes below or contact our Engagement office at Engagement@mesaartscenter.com
