To find your tickets, please be sure to check the following:

• Log in to your account on boxoffice.mesaartscenter.com and click on "My Account" on the upper-right-hand corner of the page. Your tickets for upcoming events will be on this page. 
• Make sure your account has the correct email address
• Check your spam folder on your email, it's possible the tickets ended up there instead of your regular inbox
• Make sure your email allows you to receive attachments.
• Add our email address: boxoffice@mesaartscenter.com to your list of trusted emails

Not to worry! If you're having issues accessing your digital tickets, we'd be happy to help you out. When you arrive to your show, we will have Box Office staff available to assist you at the Will Call Window. Come to us with a Picture ID like a Driver's License or State ID, and we can help you find your ticket. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you selected E-Tickets/Print at Home or Digital Ticket Delivery, you’ll be able to access your Digital Tickets. Please note that Mail, Will Call, and VIP tickets will not be available as digital tickets.

No problem! Your ticket's QR Code may not appear until 72 hours before the event.
