One East Pop-Up: MAC 20th Anniversary VR Experience and Projection Installation

Mesa Arts Center is celebrating our One East Pop-Up space in September 2025 with artist Casey Farina. Casey transformed his augmented reality project celebrating Mesa Art Center’s 20th Anniversary into a virtual reality experience on the Meta Quest 3 headset. The MAC 20th Anniversary VR Experience is available in the One East Pop-Up space on Thursday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on the following schedule:

Possibility Space

Casey Farina’s projection mapping project is on view during the month of September (beginning Sept 4) from sunset to 11:30 PM in the west windows of the One East Pop-Up space. The “Possibility Space” installation features swarms of entities that traverse and interact in three vertical columns of the window structure.
