Mission
The mission of Mesa Arts Center Foundation is to advance Mesa Arts Center by providing counsel, advocacy and financial support for the programs and services offered by Mesa Arts Center. Mesa Arts Center strives to inspire people through impacting and engaging arts experiences that are diverse, accessible, and relevant, and that enhance the quality of life and vitality of the greater region.
Mesa Arts Center Foundation provides support for programs and services through a partnership with Mesa Arts Center. Together, they present an annual gala, Art on the Move; undertake an Annual Campaign and Membership Drive; identify sponsors and grant opportunities; and host various member and donor events.
Money raised by the Foundation supports Mesa Arts Center's award-winning visual and performing arts programs for youth.
The money also provides services that bring the arts to our community.

History
For a number of years, Mesa Arts Center has appreciated the support of its non-profit partners. When Mesa Arts Center's programming grew in the 1980's, two support groups were formed: Galeria Guild and the Friends of Mesa Youtheatre. In the 1990's, they merged into the Friends of Mesa Arts Center, to continue the support of Mesa Arts Center programs and operations. In 2004, the group reorganized again to step up fundraising and advocacy efforts for the new Mesa Arts Center. To reflect their renewed commitment to and support of Mesa Arts Center, the organization changed its name to the Mesa Arts Center Foundation.
