Group drumming has been used for thousands of years to create community and celebrate cultures.  Modern research has also shown that it can reduce stress, elevate mood, and even strengthen the body's immune system.  Come express and connect with others in your community through this fun and interactive drumming experience.  We will learn a traditional rhythm, basic drum techniques, and elements of improvisation. Come drum your personal "Beat" and explore the "Beat" that connects us all!  Instruments will be provided but feel free to bring your favorite drum or shaker. All abilities welcome!
