Proscenium theater. 1600 seats.
Orchestra, Dress Circle, Parterre, Mezzanine and Balcony levels
The beautiful canyon-inspired interior of this theater seats up to 1,588 patrons on three levels. The auditorium has been designed with adjustable acoustics to accommodate a variety of musical presentations from symphonies to jazz quartets to soloists.
Virgina G Piper Repertory Theater

Proscenium theater with modified thrust. 550 seats.
Orchestra and Balcony level
Known as "The Garden Theater" for its layering of subtle tones of green color, this theater features up to 550 seats on two levels. The auditorium has been designed to bring audiences as close as possible to the stage, creating an inviting, intimate experience.

Featuring a colorful design and steeply-raked seating for clear sightlines, the whimsical design of this theater provides a playful atmosphere for 200 patrons.

Black box theater. 99 seats.
Flexible seating configurations.
This "black box" theater measures 1,600 square feet, with a capacity of up to 98 people. The Studio.
Theater can be configured for theater, cabaret, receptions, meetings, and exhibitions.
Concessions at the Mesa Arts Center are open one hour prior to the start of the show and remain open to the end of intermission. Cocktails, beer, wine and soft beverages are available, also a variety of candy and snacks for you to enjoy.

The following are general rules and guidelines for events at the Mesa Arts Center and may vary from show to show. Please consult the Mesa Arts Center Box Office for event-specific rules and guidelines.
SECURITY AND SAFETY POLICIES
All persons and items entering the Mesa Arts Center are subject to search. Mesa Arts Center management reserves the right to refuse any item deemed a potential safety or security risk or with the potential to be a distraction to the event being held.
Screenings will be performed by trained professional contracted security staff and may include, but are not limited to:

Ticket Fees and Taxes
The Facility Restoration Fee and State of Arizona sales tax are included in all ticket prices for Mesa Arts Center produced and presented events. Service charges and delivery charges also apply.
Facility Restoration Fees:
Ticket price $0-16 = $1 per ticket fee inside ticket price.
Ticket price $16.00+ = $3-$4 per ticket fee inside ticket price.
Service Charge Fees:
Service Charges apply to Internet, phone, mail, and In-person/walkup sales.
Net Ticket price $0.01 - $15.00= $3.25 per ticket.
Net Ticket price $15.01 - $29.99 = $5.50 per ticket.
Net Ticket price $30 - $44.99 = $6.00 per ticket.
Net Ticket price $45 += $6.50 per ticket.
Net Subscription Package price = 10% per bundle
Delivery Charge Fees:
$0 for print-at-home, email delivery
$3.00 fee for will call
$3.00 fee per order for mail delivery
$10 per order for subscription order
Exchange Fee:
Exchanges are only offered to Mesa Arts Center Members. A $2.00 fee per ticket may apply. Must be an exchange within the same performance.
State of Arizona Sales Tax:
6.3% for Mesa Arts Center productions
8.3% for-profit rental companies
Refunds and Cancellations
There are no refunds on tickets unless an event is canceled and not replaced. Refunds are made to the original purchaser. If and when this occurs, Mesa Arts Center makes every effort to contact patrons to advise them of the change.
All artists, dates, times and programs are subject to change without prior notice.
Exchanges
Member Circle patrons have the privilege of exchanging tickets for another performance within the same season. Member Circle patrons may return their tickets no later than 48 hours prior to a performance and select a new event within the same season for a $2 ticket exchange fee.
Lost Tickets
Mesa Arts Center Box Office can reprint lost tickets at no charge. Tickets can be issued to the original purchaser with valid ID. Tickets will be kept at will call for you to pick up.
Tickets for Children
Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket, sit in a seat, and be able to sit quietly throughout the performance. Some performances are not recommended for children under specified ages. Please consult the individual producers and presenters of Mesa Arts Center events.
Group Sales
For a special selection of shows, Mesa Arts Center offers a 10% discount on ticket prices for groups of 20-49 and 15% discount for groups of 50 or more. Please call our Group Sales Coordinator at 480-644-6504 to discover which shows are available or to request more information.

Credit Card Sales
The Mesa Arts Center Box Office DOES NOT accept unsigned Credit Cards. The Mesa Arts Center, under the City of Mesa, follows the strict regulations from American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover on signed cards. “See ID” is not an acceptable form of signature. A refusal to sign means the card is still invalid and cannot be accepted. Please contact your credit card holder for policy information.
Ticket Resellers
Arizona Revised Statutes §13-3718, prohibits ticket reselling "within two hundred feet (200ft) of an entry to the stadium, arena, theater or other place where an event is being held, or of the entry to a contiguous parking area" (Arizona Revised Statutes §13-3718). This 200ft restriction includes, but is not limited to, the entire city block of which the Mesa Arts Center Campus is located (Bordered by Main Street, 1st Avenue, Center Street, and Sirrine Street). Any abuse of the Arizona Revised Statute or acts of sales associated with fraudulent tickets will be subject to immediate cancellation of all current and future accounts connected to offender and is subject to legal action.
Ticket resellers, ticket exchange, ticket reseller websites, and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of the Mesa Arts Center. If you purchase from a non-authorized person or ticket broker, you risk purchasing an invalid, lost, or stolen ticket that is not valid for admittance. Anyone who purchases tickets from a third-party reseller or ticket broker does so at his or her own risk.
Tickets to events at the Mesa Arts Center must be purchased through the Mesa Arts Center, MesaArtsCenter.com, Founding Resident Companies or authorized vendors, Mesa Arts Center Box Office, or official fan club sites. Mesa Arts Center cannot guarantee authenticity of tickets obtained through unauthorized sources: admission cannot be guaranteed, and the venue cannot contact you regarding time changes, show cancellations, etc. Mesa Arts Center does not condone the unfair and misleading practices of ticket brokers who profit at the expense of true fans.
RESELLERS BEWARE: Ticket orders found to be in violation of our reselling policies maybe be cancelled. Any known or suspected broker orders maybe be automatically void on the night of the performance. Mesa Arts Center reserves the right reissue ticket barcodes on tickets previously delivered and switch ticket delivery to WILL CALL PICKUP ONLY, for fraud prevention and reseller verification. There are no Refund on tickets barcodes that have been reissued or switch to Will Call verification. Will Call tickets may only be picked up by the original account-holder with valid photo ID.
Group Sales
Group sales are available on select shows. Group sales discount do not apply to individuals or organizations that are reselling tickets to individuals outside of their group. Ticket reselling from group sale orders are subject to cancelation.
