spark! After Dark

You ever get the feeling that you are on the verge of discovering something amazing? Something untapped, mysterious, on the edge of becoming magical. That’s the feeling I get when I think about spark! After Dark. This event has been running for three years, bringing free night time entertainment to Mesa Arts Center on the third Saturday of each month from October to May. Each month a different curator from the community works to develop these events in collaboration with MAC staff. The event takes place from 8-11 pm, and is intended to provide a nightlife experience in Historic Downtown Mesa for the community to enjoy.

As Creative Catalysts, we are all about supporting the creation of spaces that bring life and community experiences for all Mesa residents. spark! After Dark is something we are excited to be a part of, especially this month! November 17th will be an exciting night as our curator, James Reid, and his theme, Illumination, take us on a ride of lights. With tiny DIY kaleidoscope projects, selfie station, glow-in-the-dark mural, and a show of fun & fire, you won’t wanna miss this. We know that spark! After Dark is an incredible place to experience a real night life here in Downtown Mesa; one with good drinks, lots of fun, and community building. Mark your calendars for the 3rd Saturday every month. Trust me. You won’t wanna miss out on discovering the amazing things happening at spark!
