The Mesa Arts Center attempts only to collect the minimal amount of personal information needed in order to provide the service being requested. These online requests for personal information are no different than the types of questions that you would be asked if you were to visit the Mesa Arts Center facility, or use the telephone, to obtain needed services or information from the Mesa Arts Center. It is your option to supply us with this information, however in some cases it is required in order to complete certain online service requests. The Mesa Arts Center does occasionally share its mailing lists with other organizations for mutually beneficial programs. The Mesa Arts Center may supply mailing list information to other art entities and/or facilities. This information will only contain name, mailing address and/or e-mail address No other personally identifiable information will be provided. The Mesa Arts Center will supply personal and transactional information to agents that contract with the Mesa Arts Center to rent the venue and present programs, as transactions made for such events are enacted on their behalf via the Mesa Arts Center box office.
